  • Once you have selected your items, simply click on ‘add to cart’ and proceed to checkout or continue shopping for more products
  • Our bank details are at the bottom of the checkout page
  • Or please fill in the quotation request form and we will send you a quote with our bank details included
  • We offer delivery mainly in the Pretoria area; the cost of this is dependent on your location. Simply give us the address you wish to deliver to, and we will let you know the cost
  • Delivery outside Pretoria will be at management’s discretion
  • Returns and exchanges are subject to the condition of the returned item(s) and are at management’s discretion
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on certain items e.g. pinatas costumes, party hats and the like.
  • Refunds are subject to review by management
  • Cancellations of orders are free if 24hrs notice has been given
  • Any late cancellations will result in full charge of the order in case balloons ordered have been inflated.
  • Changes to your order are free up to 24hrs prior to the agreed delivery time
  • Any late changes to your order will be at the discretion of management
  • You can return a faulty product at our shop
  • Please note that acceptance is subject to the condition of the returned item and is at management’s discretion
  • All orders will be processed within 48hrs of placing the order
  • Any express orders will be subject to review by management
  • Shipping within South Africa will be done through Post Net – customers are liable for any shipping fees
  • Variatas Party Shop will not be held liable for the condition in which the item(s) are delivered
  • Any insurance fees on shipped item(s) will be payable by the customer
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer any replacement guarantee at present
