How do I order? You may browse through the products on the website, click on your selected product and place an order through the whatsapp line
Do you have this item or range in stock? All products seen on our website are available
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it online? Once you’ve placed an order through the whatsapp line, we will ensure to send confirmation that ‘your order is ready to be collected’. Then you may pick it up
If I place an order will I get all of the items ordered? Once we receive your order and payment is made, you may collect your items in store
Do you offer shipping? No
What payment methods do you accept? For online orders it will be via an eft once the invoice is confirmed, and for walk-in’s you may pay via cash/card.
How can I make changes to my order once I have submitted it online? Please email or whatsapp us regarding the order changes

How long does it take for me to receive the items once I have paid? We work to ensure all orders are ready for collection in 1-5 working days from the day of payment.
What are your trading hours? Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm. Sat, 9am-4pm. Sun, 9am-3pm
How long will my balloon stay inflated? All balloons are helium inflated balloons, and they normally stay inflated for about 24-48 hours
